Recorded from Vietnam; see species account for evidence limits
Kurixalus odontotarsus (Kurixalus odontotarsus) is an amphibian recorded for Vietnam in the project inventory. Its supporting occurrence note is “GBIF: 26 Vietnam records”. The accepted scientific name is retained because regional taxonomy and species boundaries can change, while similar-looking taxa may require detailed morphology or genetic evidence for reliable separation. This profile therefore distinguishes the recorded identity and occurrence from broader biological context instead of inventing unsupported locality, size, diet or breeding details (project species data; Amphibian Species of the World taxonomy).
Kurixalus shrub frogs are small arboreal rhacophorids with adhesive toe pads and often textured skin. They occupy shrubs, bamboo and low vegetation in humid habitats, calling and breeding around small pools, tree holes or other water depending on species. Several complexes contain similar or cryptic forms, so locality and diagnostic morphology matter. These are genus-level notes rather than Vietnamese field observations of this record, and exact size, call, habitat and clutch values are omitted (general Kurixalus context; Amphibian Species of the World).
